Most fertilizers come in bags with an amount of fertilizer. The ratio is displayed on the bag and typically comprised of three numbers as well as one bracket. Every number represents the specific concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Each bracket indicates the amount of nutrients provided for one kg of fertilizer.
